Back on June 28th, Kobe Bryant sent a personal message to the Brazil national team via an interactive installation on the Life Center building in Johannesburg. His message was a challenge - “Race you to 6″, titles that is!
Kobe currently stands on 5 NBA titles after his LA Lakers clinched their latest title a month ago, while Brazil currently sit on 5 World Cup wins. I guess Kobe now holds the advantage as he has another 3 chances to win before Brazil get another shot! Brazil, as reference, dropped out of this summers World Cup in South Africa at the Quarter final stage.
The message was beamed on an LED screen that allows fans to submit personal messages to inspire their favorite players and see their headline transformed into a huge player animation. At 30 stories and 138 meters high this iconic landmark is the site of Nike’s latest interactive digital communications experience.
