Manchester United have won the race to sign Belgian prodigy Andreas Hoelgebaum Pereira when he turns 16 in January. The PSV youth was been head hunted by Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool to name just a few, but decided on a move to Old Trafford after meeting United manager Sir Alex Ferguson who is the most decorated manager in English football.
