26 year old Motherwell midfielder Steve Jennings was arrested today at his home as part of an investigation into betting irregularities in Motherwell’s 2-1 loss to Hearts in December 14 of last year.
Jennings who joined from Tranmere in 2009 was sent off with eight minutes left at Fir Park and has been under investigation for some time.
