Besiktas have confirmed that Manchester United loanee Bebe has torn his Anterior cruciate ligament while on duty for the Portuguese u-21 side.
Bebe moved to United last Summer for £7m on the recommendation of former United number 2 Carlos Queiroz, despite Sir Alex Ferguson never having seen the youngster play. Bebe only made 5 appearances for United last season: 2 in the League, 1 in the FA Cup, 1 in the Carling Cup and 1 in the Champions League when scoring in United’s 3-0 win over Bursaspor.
