Cardiff have completed the signing of Bursaspur’s Scottish striker Kenny Miller for an estimated £1m. The Former Rangers golden Boot Winner failed to settle in Turkey since his January move from the Ger’s and is looking forward to helping the Welsh side achieve their goal of Premier League football in 2012.
