Manchester United shot themselves in the foot 3rd time in a matter of weeks, losing another two goal lead this time at Old Trafford against relegation favourites West Brom.
United have now thrown away leads four times already this season. And against Liverpool, in a game which they won thanks to a Dimitar Berbatov hat-trick after conceding two sloppy goals, defender Jonny Evans needlessly gave away a penalty when taking down Fernando Torres in the box.
Today it was the turn of the normally reliable Edwin Van Der Sar to make a blunder after he inexplicably dropped a high ball to the feet of the grateful Somen Tchoyi who had the simplest of tap-ins to make it 2-2.
Against Fulham, United threw away another two points when Nani missed a penalty to give United a 3-1 lead, only for Fulham defender Brede Hangeland to equalize in the 89th minute.
United have also drawn with Bolton 2-2 and although unbeaten in the EPL this season, Â these draws could cost United a record 19th Top-Flight title come May.
It seems every defensive mistake is being punished right now against Everton they also conceded two injury time goals with the game ending 3-3, and with these defensive frailties becoming more apparent it seems every team wants to attack United right now instead of their usual sit back and hope for a break.
