Manchester United were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw with Rangers in tonight’s Champions League clash. But more worryingly for the club, right winger Antonio Valencia suffered a horrendous injury in the second half of the game that saw him stretchered off wearing an oxygen mask. It was his left leg that seemed to buckle as he was tackled by Broadfoot.
Immediately after the injury happened players in proximity knew the extent of the injury – probably a dislocation or fracture of the ankle.
