Wayne Rooney is quite literally a one man wrecking machine! His work rate and determination is better than any other players in England. Earlier this season, people 
were comparing Rooney and Didier Drogba in the same bracket – both having differing abilities that made them the best. The one criticism that Rooney received was the fact that he was not as good as Drogba in the air. Well, it has emerged that this past summer, Rooney spent a considerable amount of time practicing an art that even some of the greatest goalscorers never quite manage to master – heading!
Right now, that training seems to be paying off. Rooney has netted seven times with his head in a month. He has also scored ten goals during that period in only seven games! Impressive stuff from the England man, but can he can keep this form going into this summers World Cup? In my opinion, he is one of the best strikers in the world right now…and if anyone had doubts about his aerial abilities their questions are being answered right now!
